Winery Information: Created by a French Sommelier and an English Gin Lover in 2016, C'est Nous is a craft distillery based in Normandy, France. Using their copper pot stills, the winery carefully distill their spirits before bottling and labelling by hand.

Blend and Maturation: It is made from neutral alcohol made from French wheat. After prolonged maceration of juniper berries, cucumber, basil, apple and a few other plants, the alcohol is slowly distilled in small quantities in a traditional copper still.

Tasting Notes: Transparent colour. Aroma of essential juniper, basil, cucumber, apple and lemon. Notes of cucumber, apple, basil on the palate with a fresh and light finish.
