The"all-natural" flavoured crunchy vegetable chips are air-dried, never fried. Made by gently tossing fresh Australian-grown kale, zucchini, broccoli, cauliflower, mushroom and Brussel sprouts with our hand-crafted dressings created in our kitchen from a perfect blend of natural seeds, herbs and spices. The result is an intensely flavoursome and nutrient-dense crunchy snack that you have all been craving!

Our vegetables start and end with the whole vegetable, kept in its true form from start to end. Freely tossed with equally yummy and nutritional natural ingredients like lemon juice, raw cashew and sunflower seeds to create an unbelievably flavoursome healthy crunchy snack.

We then gently and slowly air-dry them at a low temperature for 20 hours to ensure that the vitamins, nutrients and enzymes you would get from eating fresh produce are intact for you to enjoy.

Hola Amigos! Proper Crisps Tortilla Chips are crafted in the same, traditional way they've been made in Mexico for generations.

First, the whole kernel GMO-free white corn is soaked in limewater. This process of soaking increases the nutritional value, flavour and aroma. These corn kernels can then be wet-ground into a Masa (dough) using Mexican Volcanic Stones. This process is called nixtamalisation and is truly the authentic way to make corn tortillas and tortilla chips. The Masa is then carefully pressed into round tortillas, cut into traditional triangles, and hand-cooked in small batches by our talented 'Proper Chefs' using New Zealand grown High Oleic Sunflower Oil.

Our Chilli Lime is a fiesta of flavour combining fresh lime with a chaser of jalapeno for the ultimate tingly lips vibe.

What is it that makes our Crisps so delicious, you ask? Each batch of our New Zealand grown spuds are sliced to perfection, then hand-cooked in small batches by our talented Proper Chefs using High Oleic Sunflower Oil, topped off with a Proper tough of Marlborough Sea Salt. We've added a colourful blend of cracked rainbow peppercorns, and added some stunning Purple Potatoes to give it a bit of pizzaz!

Once the last morsel has been devoured, simply pop the packet in your garden compost and it will naturally decompose – how eco is that!
