Taste: An indulgent harmony of flavours greets the tongue: a beautiful mix of sweet and sour pineapple and rich, sweet caramel.
Finish: Lingering sweet pineapple, as well as the dry, crisp freshness of the gin, inviting you back in for another sip.

A rather cheeky new addition from That Boutique-y Gin Company: Spit-Roasted Pineapple Gin. Popular in the 1920s, but long since forgotten, pineapple gin is back with a 21st-century twist. Whole pineapples are roasted on a spit with Demerara sugar until a beautiful caramelisation occurs. The pineapple is then combined with some bold and bright gin. The result? The height of decadence and avarice that needs to be tasted to be believed.

Intentionally subtle, so as to never overwhelm the cheese.
Flavoured with extra virgin olive oil and sprinkled with sea salt. Serve with Pecorino or any hard cheese.

Toast' is oh so thin, light and crisp, but what makes it unique is that around 60 % of the cracker is composed of fruits, nuts and seeds. Making it oh so fruity, oh so nutty and oh so - well 'seedy'! For Rich Blue Cheeses such as Fourme D'Ambert, Stilton & Gorgonzola Dolce.

The Lost DIstillery Company's Jericho is a Highland whisky originating from Nether Jericho, Aberdeenshire in Scotland. Founded by distiller and preacher William Smith (1797-1868), it operated from 1822 to 1913 when it closed due to its isolated location. It is also a blended malt scotch whisky that is non-chill filtered.

The Lost Distillery Company's Lossit is an Islay whisky from Ballygrant in Scotland. The distillery was founded by landowner/farmer Malcolm MacNeill (1785-1850) and operated from 1817 to 1867; closing due to its isolated location and outdated technology. It is also a non-chilled filtered whisky.
