Each jar of The Honey Project’s honey is unpasteurised, unfiltered and raw, maintaining its antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.
The Yellow Box honey is sourced between Castlemaine and Bendigo, producing a lighter and more delicate product with sweet, floral notes.
