Made at Third Eye Distillery, Stranger & Sons gin hails from Goa, India. Made with botanicals such as Gondhoraj limes, coriander, black pepper and cassia bark, as well as plenty of juniper, it has an aromatic, citrussy character with notes of warm pepper, nutmeg and Gondhoraj limes throughout the palate.

They are distilled by Stranger & Sons as part of a collaboration with Four Pillars Distillery. This can be considered the second release of the collaboration, in March last year Four Pillars released their Distiller Series Gin - Spice Trade Gin - made with Indian spices sent to the Four Pillars team from the Stranger & Sons team in Goa. For Trading Tides, the Four Pillars team has returned the favour and shipped Australian botanicals to the Stranger & Sons team. The result is a citrus-forward gin based on Australian botanicals like lemon myrtle and river mint with notes of archetypal Indian ingredients such as mangosteen, kokum and tamarind.

Mr. Tadashi Matsuda, the founder, Helios Co. has been distilling spirits for over 50 years and promoting the identity, culture, and know-how of Okinawa.

TEEDA is made from a single distillation of sugarcane molasses from locally grown sugarcane. TEEDA Gold-Rum is aged in white oak casks using both new & used rum barrels for at least 5 years while the final blend is made from rum as young as 5 years and as old as 15.

TEEDA is the Okinawan word for ‘sun’, which ties in with the company motto “From Okinawa to The World”.

A rather cheeky new addition from That Boutique-y Gin Company: Spit-Roasted Pineapple Gin. Popular in the 1920s, but long since forgotten, pineapple gin is back with a 21st-century twist. Whole pineapples are roasted on a spit with Demerara sugar until a beautiful caramelisation occurs. The pineapple is then combined with some bold and bright gin. The result? The height of decadence and avarice that needs to be tasted to be believed.

The Lost DIstillery Company's Jericho is a Highland whisky originating from Nether Jericho, Aberdeenshire in Scotland. Founded by distiller and preacher William Smith (1797-1868), it operated from 1822 to 1913 when it closed due to its isolated location. It is also a blended malt scotch whisky that is non-chill filtered.

The Lost Distillery Company's Stratheden is a Lowland whisky originating from Auchtermuchty, Fife; in Scotland. Founded by distiller and maltster Alexander Bonthrone, the distillery operated from 1829 to 1926' when it closed due to recession and prohibition. It is also a non-chilled filtered whisky.

TIKI LOVERS Dark Rum is bottled at a hefty English proof. At 57% Vol. it is the perfect marriage between unaged Jamaican pot-still rum from the famous Hampden Estate—Jamaica’s only distillery fully dedicated to heavy pot-still rums—and rum from Barbados, aged between 2 and 3 years, distilled at Foursquare distillery.

Both Rums come from Caribbean islands where Rum has been distilled for centuries, dating back to the 1700s. The barrels of the chosen Barbados Rum age on tropical shores, exposed to the sea breeze, warm climate and are with a high evaporation rate, leading to a more complex and balanced spirit.

The final touch is a small blend of fresh column-still rums from both Trinidad and Guyana for ultimate complexity, rounded off with 3-5 years-old Trinidadian Rum.

TIKI LOVERS Dark Rum was created in 2011 and is a complex, rich and masculine rum with hints of vanilla, dark fruit, molasses, and spice, evoking the flavour of the Caribbean Islands and its beloved rums that make drinks shine. TIKI LOVERS Dark Rum is fantastic on its own but shines bright in cocktails like the Mai Tai, Rum Punches, Fog Cutter, and Zombie.

TIKI LOVERS Pineapple has its roots in the past, when Caribbean distillers were macerating fresh pineapples in high-proof sugar cane spirit, thereby adding an extra dimension of fruity deliciousness to the rum.

Created in 2015 following the success of TIKI LOVERS White and Dark Rums, TIKI LOVERS Pineapple is based on all-natural extracts of tropical pineapples sourced from South America. The fruits are harvested at the peak of ripeness, and their sweet and seductive juice is extracted by pressing. The unfermented juice is then stripped of some of its water content to emerge as a complex pineapple extract that does not water down the blend of rums.

The rum blend is composed of aged & unaged Jamaican pot-still rum from Hampden Estate and Worthy Park, 3-year-old Barbados Rum from Foursquare Distillery, aged in former Bourbon Whiskey barrels, and some young column still rums from both Trinidad and Guyana.

The rum blend, at a juicy 45% Alc. Vol. is then infused with the pineapple extraction and allowed to rest for several weeks. This gives the flavours of sugar cane time to mingle elegantly with fruity layers of juicy pineapple while maintaining the full and complex aromas of the rum blend that will evoke the flavour of the Caribbean islands and their long heritage of rum production.

TIKI LOVERS Pineapple is not the usual kind of flavoured Rum. It’s bold, it’s funky, it is not hiding its Rum personality, and it stands out where it should. Best used in all drinks tropical or served with ginger beer.

TIKI LOVERS White Rum is a delicious blend composed of aged and unaged Rums from the Caribbean, with the backbone of TIKI LOVERS White Rum coming from the lush and fragrant shores of Jamaica.

Distilled at some of the island’s most famous distilleries, Monymusk and Worthy Park, with the heritage of rum-making dating back to the year 1741. Jamaican Rum is world-renowned for its distinctive flavour and high quality and was, therefore, our first choice when we were looking for saporous and tasty Rums that would lead the aroma structure of our blend. Our chosen unaged rums are pot-still distilled and are heavy with esters, creating the impression of rich banana flavour and cooked fruits.

The blending process, fine art for centuries, includes rum, aged up to 5 years, from Trinidad’s most famous distillery. We then strip the rum of colour by charcoal filtration, but maintains its full flavour, intensified by the ageing time in black charred, old Bourbon barrels.

In a final flourish, a crisp, fresh, and crystal-clear column still rum from Trinidad is added, creating a premium white rum at a sumptuous 50% Alc. Vol. with complex fruity and floral notes.

There's a street in Oregon where distilleries grow, and it's aptly named Distillery Row. Among them, there's Westward Distillery founded by one Christian Krogstad, an expert in craft beverages (from beer to wine to Whiskey). His magic shop is situated in a warehouse near the source of clean and crisp water from the Bull Run Watershed. He started making Whiskies in 2004 and since then, he created an imaginative new kind of Whiskey: still hooked to tradition, but with a modern twist, capturing the terroir of the NW. Westward American Single Malt Oregon Stout Whiskey is both mouthful and mouthwatering. It starts the same way as the classic Single Malt, but with a very tasty difference.

This lightly peated whisky is made from malted barley infused with smoke during the drying process. It’s a reflection of history – the original 19th-century distillery was largely fired by peat. Wondermint is a product of Death’s Door Spirit. It is inspired by the peppermint schnapps that Henry Rowe Schoolcraft enjoyed in Wisconsin in 1832 on an expedition to find the source of the Mississippi River. A neutral grain base is triple distilled with peppermint, almond, rosewater and absinthe. Serve chilled or in a cup of hot cocoa.
