Nose: Fresh and intense, it opens with notes of juniper and citrus fruits (yuzu and orange peels, candied lemon), complemented by flowers (violet) and fennel with the soft spices and liquorice
Taste: Very delicate and with a beautiful freshness, it follows the floral profile of the nose but on a spicier and fruitier expression with tangerine, melon and cubeb. It evolves with notes of angelica, nutmeg, orris root and star anise
Finish: Very long, floral and fruity, on citrus fruits, almonds, cumin, savoury and grains of paradise

Poetic and beautifully balanced by its progressive infusion method, Jardin d’Été is a new olfactory journey. This aromatic choir is composed of 22 botanicals, the main ones being juniper berries, orange peel, whole lemons, yuzu zest and melon Charentais. This fresh and original creation is inspired by our garden of our Château de Bonbonnet. Tucked away in a corner of the park behind the château, you’ll find Debbie’s garden, filled with fragrant flowers, fruits and herbs. That’s all it took to get the ball rolling and find the perfect balance for this edible garden. Think of it as a deliciously fragrant postcard of Southwestern France.
