Cultivated in the north of Thailand at the foot of the Doi Phayapai Mountain. This exotic species of Oolong is renowned for its glowing, citrus-coloured cup with an exceptional flowery scent that resembles sweetened milk.
A prized and rare tea that is normally consumed strictly on its own during teatime with mild tasting cakes, pastries and baked goods. Often served on celebratory occasions.

Organic oolong tea
2 teaspoons per 400ml pot. Steep in 70-75°C boiled water for 3-4 minutes. Remove leaves to prevent oversteeping.
