A blend inspired by the traditional Thai dessert. Light-bodied, comforting and earthy notes of roasted rice, buttery notes of coconut and sweetness of mangoes stand out without being overpowering.
An interesting blend that is best enjoyed on its own. Also pairs well with spicy and rich foods.

Sencha, roasted brown rice, popped glutinous rice, coconut pieces, coconut extract, freeze-dried mango pieces
1-2 teaspoon per 400ml pot. Steep in 70-75°C water for 2-3 minutes. Remove leaves to prevent oversteeping.
