PREPARATION METHOD
1 teaspoon per 400ml pot. Steep in freshly boiled water for 2-3 minutes. Remove leaves to prevent oversteeping.

Taking centerstage in the bouquet of its mysterious black tea base is a carefully selected Keemun species, expertly processed and smoked to deliver an intriguingly rounded note. Scented with rose petals and primrose oils, which add softness to the edgy notes of its black tea base.

This tea can be soft and delicate, or edgy and deep tasting depending on your brewing technique. Either way, it is a tea of medium strength that pairs perfectly with rich foods or pastries.

PREPARATION METHOD
1 teaspoon per 400ml pot. Steep in freshly boiled water for 2 minutes for a light strength brew or 4-5 minutes for a medium strength brew. Remove leaves to prevent oversteeping.

Grown at an extreme altitude of over 2,000m with average temperatures ranging between 10°C and 20°C, this large, open and light green leaf with silvery coloured tips leaves a soft, mild and fruity bouquet in the cup. The infusion has a distinctive flowery scent that lingers in the mouth.
