A blend inspired by the traditional Thai dessert. Light-bodied, comforting and earthy notes of roasted rice, buttery notes of coconut and sweetness of mangoes stand out without being overpowering.

An interesting blend that is best enjoyed on its own. Also pairs well with spicy and rich foods.

INGREDIENTS
Sencha, roasted brown rice, popped glutinous rice, coconut pieces, coconut extract, freeze-dried mango pieces

PREPARATION METHOD
1-2 teaspoon per 400ml pot. Steep in 70-75°C water for 2-3 minutes. Remove leaves to prevent oversteeping.

A traditional combination of velvety rich vibrant green tea leaves with fire-toasted popped brown rice, with the fresh tart notes of lime chunks and green apple bits to add fresh crisp fruit notes.

SERVING SUGGESTION
A more serious tea that is great with sushi and Japanese flavours or for drinking during a meal, as it pairs so well with savoury dishes.
