                          Creating the perfect platter in a few simple steps:

                          1. Choose 1 soft cheese and 1 hard cheese
                          2. Choose 1 ham (sliced) and 1 salami (sliced)
                          3. Pair the cheeses and charcuterie with some wafers, biscuits, fruit puree, or dried fruits
                          4. Get them delivered and start assembling them onto a cheese board an hour before the celebration starts
                          5. And voila! Enjoy the perfect evening and pair your platter with a fine glass of Chardonnay or Pinot Noir

                          Made from Yarra Valley shiraz wine from our good friend Rob Dolan. This jelly is fruity and intense, and is great with brie and other soft cheeses. It also partners well with goat cheese and some light blues.
