Great with cheese, dips, pate and antipasti, unlike traditional water crakers, our wafer crackers have a fine melt in the mouth texture with subtle taste. 

A rich, sweet preserve with the texture crunch of dried figs. Great with Stlton and string blue cheese. Spread on a cracker or fresh bread with some goat cheese it make a delicious canape.

Made from Yarra Valley shiraz wine from our good friend Rob Dolan. This jelly is fruity and intense, and is great with brie and other soft cheeses. It also partners well with goat cheese and some light blues.

An earthy, nutty flavour made from mixed super seeds which include, chia, flaxseed, pumpkin seed and poppy.

Ingredients: Cauliflower Puree 31% (which equates to 50% fresh cauliflower) Tapioca Flour, Rice Flour, Maize Flour, Golden Linseed Meal, Poppy Seeds (3.6%), Cauliflower Powder (3.1%), Chia Seeds (1.7%), Pumpkin Seeds (1.2%), Sunflower Lecithin, Salt, Xanthan Gum, Rosemary Extract.

Made from fresh cauliflower puree, flaxseed and a small amount of tapioca and rice flour. Our plain cauli crackers are healthy, light, crispy and are ideal served with dips, cheese or an antipasto.

Ingredients: Cauliflower Puree 33% (which equates to 50% fresh cauliflower) Tapioca Flour, Rice Flour, Maize Flour, Golden Linseed Meal, Sunflower Lecithin, Salt, Xanthan Gum, Antioxidant (Rosemary Extract).

A blend of fresh rosemary, roasted garlic and thyme is added to our Cauliflower cracker base, creating a flavoursome combination. This cracker is great eaten straight from the packet for a nutrient-dense snack and healthy alternative to chips.
