Tasting Notes: Amber colour. Notes of fresh apple, caramel, and nuts on the nose. Fresh apple flavors with caramel, bakery, and nutty characteristics on the palate. Rich with a great depth on the finish. sweet nuances of vanilla, ripe apple, and caramel. Harmonious and balanced finish.

Blend and Maturation: The production begins with a careful selection of 5 varieties of the finest quality apples in the Pays d’Auge region of Normandy in France. These apples are picked at their peak and then undergo natural fermentation. The distillation process takes place between the beginning of winter and June 30th of the following year. Double distillation occurs in a Charentais pot followed by aging in French Limousin or Troncais oak casks, first in new casks and then older casks for a longer period of slow maturation.
Tasting Notes: Amber colour. Delicate aromas of apples. Fruity and refreshing on the palate.
