This mix makes it simple to make your very own authentic Valencian style paella!
Cook 1 kilogram of paella rice in a pan of filled with boiling water (2.5 times the volume of rice), add a teaspoon of this Paella mix, and leave to simmer for 20 minutes.
Ingredients: Salt, garlic, pimenton (pimenton, sunflower oil 1%) saffron
