Inspired by Provence roses, Insolito (directly translated to 'unusual') is Ron Matuslem's classic rum with a beautiful twist. Each batch is made from hand-selected rums and aged for three years in Tempranillo wine cask barrels. It is then married with the Solera Blender used in Matusalem's iconic Gran Reserva 15 to create a sublime rusty pink rum.
