HerbYvore Plant Protein Block - 250g

HerbYvore Plant Protein Block is a versatile ingredient for plant-based cooking and baking. It is neutral tasting. It looks like tofu, cooks like a non-melting cheese, and provides a binding effect that is needed in some plant-based recipes across cuisines, to replace the use of dairy and/or meat.
 
Each pack of 250g contains 30g of "Farm-to-Fork" pea protein, sourced from the brand's network of farmers and produced in our processing plant.

It can be used as a:
- Vegan feta or ricotta
- Thickening and binding agent by replacing the usual dairy cream used in cream soups or sauces
- Meat replacement by crumbling it to resemble minced meat and then marinating it with aromatics
