Created by the Jerry Thomas Project, Del Professore Monsieur Gin is composed entirely of berries picked in Italy. 16 botanicals are cold-infused in a strong juniper distillate before undergoing a gentle filtration which maintains the aromatic quality of the spirit. Only around 3,000 bottles are produced for each batch.
