This spirit is made from 100% agave Cupreata that was harvested from the mountain slopes of the Rio Balsas basin in the southern Mexican state of Guerrero. The high mountain slops where this agave grows wild is ideal for absorbing minerals, giving way to a sweeter flavour unique to the Cupreata Agave.

Mezcal Machetazo Espadin is made from agave that are harvested in Oaxaca, Mexico. The agave used takes 8 to 12 years to reach maturity. Distilled in Matatlan, the sub tropical climate in the region contributes to the subtle floral notes and light silky texture present in the spirit.

Grown on calcareous soils in Central Mexican plateau in the state of San Luis Potosi, Agave Salmiana "Green Giant" takes 10-12 years to reach maturity.  The semi-arid climate of the region and wild agave gives way to lively flavours of crisp vegetation and citrus.
