Sapori Antichi was founded in 2016 in Italy, specialising in the production of high-quality pasta, dehydrated pasta sauces and dried risottos. Only natural ingredients are used, without any additives and chemical colourants.
Each Spaghettata Dehydrated Sauce undergoes a slow drying process which enhances its texture and flavour. A slow yet exquisite process that emphasizes the pasta maker's attention to detail and quest for quality.
Ingredients: Onion, salt, carrot, parsley, celery, porcini, mushrooms (Boletus Edulis), white truffle aroma, black olives
Recipe: Pour the content into a pan, add a glass of hot water and soften the mixture over low flame. Once the water has been almost completely absorbed, add some olive oil or butter. Brown the sauce. Add some cream, mix sauce with pasta and serve.
