Tenuta La Valle’s Salsa di Pomodoro Ciliegino e Datterino (cherry and plum tomato sauce) is a sauce that has a high concentration of cherry tomatoes (55%) and plum tomatoes (42%).
The tomatoes are cultivated, hand-worked and carefully monitored with traditional and ancient methods, giving the fruit the perfect sweet & sour flavour for the ideal pasta sauce.
The puree is then processed by hand within 24 hours of being harvested with the addition of extra virgin olive oil, basil and salt, giving the Pomodoro pasta sauce a fresh flavour, and exquisitely balanced palate.
